One year ago today David and I made the one of the most important and best decisions ever. We decided to officially start the adoption process. I look at Zach and I cannot believe it was a year ago today that we started to fill in the blanks on the first of many papers. This precious little life that has been entrusted to us is simply a miracle and we are so blessed to be here a year later with our child as a family.
Today was also our first post placement home visit with our social worker. I will not even go into how long it took me to pick 8 pictures out of the oodles that we have taken of Zachary! All in all, it went well and we do not have another visit till next March.
